We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

Defective item
Wrong item delivered
Size issue (garments only)
Not Eligible:
Opened or used items
Food/Consumable items (Non-returnable due to hygiene)
Items without unboxing video
Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Important:
Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange request.
Garment exchange depends on stock availability.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
