Return And Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Damaged product

• Defective item

• Wrong item delivered

• Size issue (garments only)

Not Eligible:

• Opened or used items

• Food/Consumable items (Non-returnable due to hygiene)

• Items without unboxing video

• Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Important:

• Unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange request.

• Garment exchange depends on stock availability.

• The item must be unused and in original packaging.
